About the villa
Charming modern villa in Moneglia between Cinque Terre and Portofino, with sea view and infinity pool among the olive trees.
Designer interiors, open-space living room, kitchen and dining room, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, games room, barbecue, teak terrace, ping pong, internal parking for cars, 1.5 km from the sea. The villa, 180 square meters, is immersed in a completely fenced olive grove of 8000 square meters.
Rooms
The house has 4 bedrooms always available to guests. An additional room can be opened for a fee.
It features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on each floor. An additional room is available on the ground floor, with a private bathroom.
After a day of excursions to the nearby Cinque Terre, you can relax in the pool and prepare a dinner on the barbecue, while the kids play ping pong.
For the little ones there are two cots and two high chairs at your disposal.

Location
The villa is located in Moneglia, between the Cinque Terre region and Portofino. Several nice services grew in the area over time, but the town still retains the magic feeling of an authentic Italian experience. The town can be reached by foot with a 20 minute walk, (difference in height of 170 meters). If you do not want to walk we provide you with a garage for one car (max height 2 meters) located right in the center of the town.
About the Owners
We are a young couple from Como with a passion for hospitality. Our journey began in Liguria, where we restored Villa Solarolo near the Cinque Terre. After living and renovating a 17th-century tower in Pavia, we returned to Lake Como to launch Como Lake Villa — the result of 8 years of experience and care for creating unforgettable stays.
