Upon arrival, you will find a small set of products required to best start your stay. These include salt, sugar, coffee, tea, mineral water, soap, toilet paper, ecc. This set is only intended to ease your first days in the PROPERTY, and not to fulfil your needs for the entire stay.
The PROPERTY respects the common standard of safety. However, stairs, and other possible dangers, are present. The responsibility for the use of the property, especially as far as the supervision of kids is concerned, is not owed to the HOST.
Smoking is not permitted.
It is not allowed to light fires. This does not include the provided barbecue.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to organise events.
The swimming pool is not supervised and not heated. If heating is required, this can be provided with the added cost of 100€, plus 50€ per each day of the stay. If this service is
required, this must be communicated to the HOST at least two days before the arrival.
It is required to always fasten the shutters of the windows. Wind is sometimes strong, and any damage caused by it will be compensated by the GUEST.
There are two external tents that can only be used when someone is supervising. Again, the wind may damage them and the damage will be compensated by the GUEST.
The box provided in the centre of the village is for a single car. The maximum height is 2 mt.
The municipality of Moneglia collects trash with specific rules, dividing the different materials to recycle them. It is important that you respect these rules. More information is provided at CHECK-IN.
